Moving tasty meals to older adults depends on our reliable Third-Party Logistics company. This organization, with distribution centers strategically located across the US, fulfills orders on the same day they are received, interfacing with Nationally reliable delivery providers. Delivery providers are selected by distance to the recipient’s location to meet timing commitments. Although our goal from ordering to doorstep is three days, continuous tracking demonstrates delivery just surpasses two days!
How the sausage is made requires engagement of experts in food production and distribution, but the true Healthrageous differentiator is communication channels providing easy on-boarding and ordering for older adults. Optional engagement via text, email, or voice demonstrates Healthrageous's recognition of variance in older adult communication preferences. However, all communication modalities are expertly monitored and managed by our multilingual customer service team.
Communication on ordering, order status and delivery are enhanced by brief, straightforward messages and nudges on small steps toward improved health. This messaging design can coordinate with payers’ goals regarding important activities such as annual wellness visits and health screenings.
