Can Fiber Increase Member Satisfaction?

Fiber is not one of the sexier nutrients around. This could explain why most Americans are deficient in their daily intake of it. US dietary guidelines call for around 25-38g of fiber intake daily. Most Americans are getting just15g daily.

At Healthrageous we sweat the details that help MA Members create new habits around Fiber (and other key nutrients).

There are simple changes in daily eating habits that can help increase fiber intake that don’t necessitate revamping an entire weekly meal plan. Fiber reduces the risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, colon cancer. It makes us feel fuller, so we eat less – all while helping digestion. Fiber can even help level out uneven blood sugar levels by slowing how quickly sugar gets into your bloodstream.
